All prices quoted on this website are fully inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges (UK Mainland only and except where specifically stated otherwise) and are valid as long as the price remains on the website. Any one-off quotes for goods or services in writing (including email), are valid for 28 days from the date of the quote.

We cannot guarantee that all colours or all models will be available. If the colour or model you want is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative or full refund.

Every effort will be made to ensure that all items are delivered at the same time but there may be occassions where this is not possible.

Every effort will be made to ensure delivery is made when advised. However, we will not be responsible for any consequential losses which may be incurred as a result of late delivery. We recommend that final installation arrangements are not made until the product has been received.

The purchaser must ensure that the goods can be delivered and that he/she is able to move the goods safely. Goods will be delivered to the nearest hard standing area.

ALL RADIATORS, TOWEL WARMERS MUST be examined at the time of delivery and if there is any evidence of damage they must not be accepted or signed for. If the goods are signed for then it is deemed that they are in good order and no claim for damage will be accepted.

OTHER PRODUCTS - Wherever possible the Buyer should examine the goods upon delivery. Where this is not possible the carrier's note should be marked "Not examined".

We may also accept cash, personal or business cheques (drawn on a UK bank account), or direct bank transfer (from a UK bank account) for orders not placed directly through this website.

All images on the website are for illustration only and do not infer that a particular colour or other option is available.
Please note, a Towel Warmer, heated towel rail may sometimes be referred to as "Designer Radiator" as many of these products are Towel Warmers while some serve a dual function. Towel warmers are not intended for drying towels or other items and doing so could invalidate any guarantee.

In the event of faulty goods, our liability is limited to the value of the goods.

RETURNS POLICY

ALL RADIATORS, TOWEL WARMERS MUST - be examined at the time of delivery and if the products are damaged or there is any indication that they may be damaged they must not be accepted or signed for. If the goods are signed for then it is deemed that they are in good order and no claim for damage will be accepted.

Always check your product within 24 hours of receipt. If the product is found to be damaged, faulty or anything is missing advise us immediately and certainly within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for collection and a new product will be sent out to you or arrangements will be made to despatch missing items as soon as possible. Failure to notify us within 24 hours of any discrepancy, fault or damage may invalidate any claims.

CANCELLATION

Any cancellation must be made, in writing, within seven working days of the order being delivered. The Buyer will be responsible for return carriage charges. Where we arrange collection a carriage charge of 35 per item for large products e.g. radiators, towel warmers and some bathroom items will be made. For smaller items e.g radiator valves a return carriage charge of 8 will apply. A restocking/administration charge will be made if the product is of a "special order" e.g. colour option or "bespoke" item (this does not apply to damaged products.) In some cases the administration/restocking charge may be more than 50% and the Buyer will be responsible for return carriage charges, as previously mentioned, (this does not apply to damaged products.) The invoice number and date together with reason for return must be stated.

Goods may only be returned provided that the following conditions are satisfied:-
Goods must be in brand new and unused condition
Packaged items will only be accepted if the package remains unbroken and in reasonable condition
Goods will only be accepted if returned within two weeks of the date of delivery. You will be responsible for the return of the goods, and all carriage charges unless we agree otherwise. See above re cancellation.

Cancellations made before delivery must be made in writing by email or post. Items which are a "special order" e.g. colour option or "bespoke" will attract an administration/restocking charge unless cancelled before the order has been given to the manufacturer.

INSTALLATION

The purchaser must ensure that any items purchased are suitable for their intended purpose and can be installed and used safely in compliance with all appropriate legislation.

The purchaser must ensure that the person carrying out the installation is appropriately qualified and competent to do so, aware of any appropriate legislation and registered with the appropriate body where required by law.

Radiators and heating appliances get very hot. Protective guards must be used to prevent injury to children, elderly and infirm people.

Specific electrical safety requirements, and Building Regulations, apply to bathrooms and shower rooms.

Some of the items supplied are very heavy and this must be taken into account when moving at the time of delivery and into the final position. The location must be chosen with the weight of the item in mind.

We recommend that all new central heating installations be pre-commissioned in accordance with BS7593:1992 and any existing central heating system be thoroughly flushed before adding a new radiator.

GUARANTEES

All our products carry a manufacturer/supplier guarantee. In the event of a fault occurring the item may be replaced, repaired or replacement parts provided depending on the terms of the manufacturer's/supplier's guarantee and the particular item.

All products sold by Cosy Rooms Ltd must be installed by a suitably qualified and competent person. In certain circumstances the purchaser may need to provide confirmation that the item was installed by a suitably qualified and competent person where applicable in the event of any claim made against Cosy Rooms Ltd.

Radiators supplied in a painted finish are not intended to be painted, unless stated otherwise, and painting may invalidate the maker's guarantee.

RECYCLING HOUSEHOLD ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

With effect from July 2007, the UK's Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations require that all producers of electrical equipment are now obliged to pay for recycling of household electrical goods, where previously this bill was met by councils or items were not recycled at all. These regulations also require that all retailers both actively assist in delivering a UK wide WEEE collection infrastructure and encourage the participation of consumers in recycling electronic equipment. So that you can get your waste electrical goods recycled, we have contributed towards a national fund to assist local councils to further develop their existing waste electronics collection facilities, which will in turn allow producers of this equipment to meet their obligations. Not all council sites are suitable to collect all types of waste electrical goods but to find out your nearest participating site (including other collection facilities that may not be operated by the council) and for advice on all aspects of recycling at home, please visit www.recycle-more.co.uk. Electronic waste is one of the fastest growing waste streams and much of it can be recycled and resources recovered to make new consumer goods. To remind consumers of the collection methods available which in turn allow recycling to take place, all electrical items sold now carry the 'crossed out wheeled bin' symbol.
