DELIVERY/RETURN

By using this website you agree to be bound by the following which forms part of the terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions will terminate any agreement made under these terms and conditions.

"Customer", Purchaser" "You" and "Your" means any person who uses this website or orders any product from Cosy Rooms Ltd.

Prices shown on the website include VAT and delivery.

Delivery terms and prices relate to deliveries to the UK mainland. Some of our products can be delivered to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands at no extra charge. Please contact us for details.

Most deliveries are made within 14 days but this cannot be guaranteed. Delivery of special orders, for example coloured radiators, is generally 4 to 6 weeks unless given otherwise. We will notify you of delivery lead time by email or other suitable means and of the delivery date when known. (Please note, we cannot guarantee that all options will be available. If the option you want is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative or full refund.)

Every effort will be made to ensure delivery is made when advised. However, we will not be responsible for any consequential losses which may be incurred as a result of late delivery.

The purchaser must ensure that the goods can be delivered and that he/she is able to move the goods safely. Goods will be delivered to the nearest hard standing area.

ALL RADIATORS, TOWEL WARMERS and ICD Products - must be signed for at the time of delivery but not accepted and signed for if there is any obvious evidence of damage. IMA & DQ radiators and towel warmers the delivery note must be marked "NOT EXAMINED". If the goods are signed for then it is deemed that they are in good order and no claim for damage will be accepted.

Wherever possible the Buyer should examine the goods upon delivery. Where this is not possible the carrier's note should be marked "Not examined".
Always check your product within 24 hours of receipt. If the product is found to be damaged or anything is missing advise us immediately and certainly within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for collection and a new product will be sent out to you or arrangements will be made to despatch missing items as soon as possible. Failure to notify us within 24 hours of any discrepancy, fault or damage may invalidate any claims.

Any cancellation must be made within seven working days of the order being delivered. A restocking/administration charge may be made. If the product is of a "special order" e.g. colour option or "non-stock" item, then an administration charge or a restocking charge will be be applied (this does not apply to damaged products.) In some cases the administration/restocking charge may be as much as 50% and the customer may be responsible for return carriage charges. The invoice number and date together with reason for return must be stated.

ACOVA, IMA, DQ, THERMIC, AEON and ULTRAHEAT Products - A restocking charge of 50% will be made for the return of these products and the purchaser will be responsible for arranging and paying for return carriage.

Goods may only be returned provided that the following conditions are satisfied:-
Goods must be in brand new and unused condition
Packaged items will only be accepted if the package remains unbroken and in reasonable condition
Goods will only be accepted if returned within three weeks of the date of delivery. You will be responsible for the return of the goods unless we agree otherwise.

Cancellations made before delivery must be made in writing by email or post and may attract an administration charge.
